If you’re paying attention, you know that the new administration is attempting significant change in the current federal health care law, the ACA, without actually repealing it (which, at this time, appears unlikely).
A few significant changes being made via executive order will have important impacts on consumers, and on all of us even if we are not directly affected. One of the changes is around mandating contraception coverage by employers: The ACA mandated this coverage, and the current President has issued two rules that loosen the requirements, meaning that more employers have the option to not cover contraception.
