Question One: What’s the difference between herd immunity and community immunity?
Besides the number of syllables, turns out there’s not a lot of difference – at least according to a quick look at a few credible resources that we should expect to have an answer. A nice place to start might be the CDC’s Plain Language Thesaurus , which gives “community immunity” as a simpler, more common term to use in place of “herd immunity.”
